Their Food Story:

This meal is particularly my favorite go-to when in a hurry and you need to make something that is delicious, nutritious, as well as quick and easy, You can also make as much or as little by adding fewer or more vegetables, shrimp, and sausage. It's also good for the next day's lunch or dinner.

CAJUN CONNECTION

Serves:  6-8

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag frozen large cooked shrimp

  • 1 12-ounces package of Andouille turkey sausage

  • 1 yellow squash

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 cup chopped broccoli

  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower

  • 2 T olive oil

  • 1 T Slap Ya Mamma seasoning

Instructions:

Defrost shrimp under cold running water.
Clean all vegetables and cut them into bite-size pieces.
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces.

After shrimp is thawed put everything into a large bowl. Season with Slap Ya Mamma cajun seasoning and toss several times.

Place all ingredients into a large skillet with a lid and cook on medium for 12 minutes stirring several times.

Add more seasoning if you like it a little spicer. Enjoy!
