Pico de Gallo - Centro Latino

This dish tastes great with anything! Try it on burritos, on top of quesadillas, or even as a dip for tortilla chips.

Pico de Gallo

(Prepares 4 cups)

Ingredients 

  • 3 tomatoes - diced

  • 1 small red onion - diced

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro - chopped

  • 1/4 cup jalapeños - chopped

  • salt

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients.

Makes about 4 cups.
