Tofu Scramble

Submitted by: OLIVER DeMAREA, Anne Deaton’s grandson

I like this recipe because it is a very easy and short recipe. It is also a great substitute for scrambled eggs that everyone can enjoy.

Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of tofu

  • 1/4 tsp Salt (Himalayan Black Salt recommended)

  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder

  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

  • Olive Oil (no amount given).

Instructions:

Chop the tofu and use a fork to crumble it into bite-sized pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan and add the tofu and all the remaining ingredients.

Stir and cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve immediately (with fresh parsley if you like).
